To receive a refund or store credit, the returned item(s) must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order. The refund or store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping or handling charges.

Eligibility and Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
You request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item(s) are in their original condition, and with all tags attached. The item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains or odours. The item(s) are securely packaged in their original packaging.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team here.
Include your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund to the original payment method or store credit.
Once your return is authorized, securely package the item(s) along with the original packing slip or invoice. Affix the return label on the outside of the package.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-5 business days for us to inspect and process your return. You will receive an email notification once your refund or store credit has been issued.

Store Credit
Store credit will be provided in the form of an electronic gift card or voucher, which can be used for future purchases on our website. The gift card will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may need a different size or colour. We offer exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit or style. Upon receiving your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you as quickly as possible. If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will either charge or issue store credit for the difference accordingly.
Please note that the exchange process may take some time, including shipping times, so we recommend checking the availability of the desired item on our website before initiating an exchange.
